Ronne Brown is a wife, mother, coach, author, speaker, entrepreneur and overcomer. She has influenced thousands of entrepreneurs by teaching them to achieve success on their own terms. Hailing from Washington, D.C., Brown inspires others to live and dream big.

Ronne worked hard to change the trajectory of her life. She went from being a statistic to a success story. She worked long hours as a janitor while pregnant, but she didn’t allow that obstacle to make her lose sight of her purpose. Even though the odds were stacked against her, she was determined not to allow her past circumstances to stop her from achieving her goals. After being laid off from her job with only an unemployment check as her income, and three children to take care of, she knew she had to make a change. She was determined to face her fears, and step into her purpose. The lessons she learned on her journey as a teen mom gave her the courage to launch several business ventures.

In 2009, she founded High Heels High Goals, an exclusive, non-profit organization that teaches women how to be successful entrepreneurs and empowers women to reach their goals. Because Ronne has a heart for women, on any given day you can find her pouring into the lives of other women by speaking positive words, sowing seeds to assist with start-up costs in a new business venture, or coaching a woman to success.

In 2014, Ronne launched The Millionaire’s Academy, where she teaches people all over the world how to leverage the direct sales industry and earn income from home. Through this program, she has helped men and women create 6-figure incomes, become debt free, and live life on their own terms.

Her vision is to empower others to succeed in business, and inspire people to leave a legacy for generations to come. She coaches entrepreneurs by using the strategies and methods she used to grow her own business and develop her as a leader. She believes, “Success is no accident, if you want to achieve amazing things and build a successful business, you have to do it on purpose for a purpose.”

Because of her obedience, hard work and dedication, she was able to turn a minimum wage income into a 7 figure salary within a few short years. She achieved this goal without any formal training or business education. Ronne is the face of success. Instead of focusing on fear, pain, and the difficult days, she decided to endure and focus on the promise. When Ronne is not coaching other women, leading seminars, writing or
speaking, she enjoys spending time with her husband, and her four children.

Abigail Gibson is the founder and CEO of All Virgin Hair, where she has continued to position herself and her brand for success. After coming to America at the young age of five, she experienced much of her youth in the city of Brooklyn, New York while also attending school in Manhattan.  By age 13, her family relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where she later graduated high school, but then found herself returning back to New York to attend college. After one semester of pursuing her acting career, she discovered that the college life was just not for her.  There was a desire within for her to do something greater, so she left college and took on a position working for a builder and helping to get permits for the company’s building projects. Gibson went on to obtain her Real Estate license and began working to open a group home in Atlanta, Georgia for juvenile delinquent females. At the age of 24 she met her husband, and in 2010 they got married and had their first child. Gibson and her husband later fulfilled a lifelong promise and adopted a daughter from her native country Guinea in 2012.

While working as a stay at home mom, the idea for her business All Virgin Hair was born. A close friend inspired her to purchase some hair for her birthday and after experiencing bad customer service from a local retailer, it made her realize that people were spending a lot of money for a product and getting a bad shopping experience. Gibson decided it was time to do something about it, and created a boutique selling items on Craigslist and even eBay. The success and feedback was massive and from that moment she realized that this was what she was built to do.

Gibson began doing research and opened a store that focused on the customer and great service to those shopping with the company. All Virgin Hair took off and after four months it had profited enough to soon open multiple locations.

All Virgin Hair gives back to the community by conducting cancer walks and even teams up to provide services to the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research by providing wigs for the kids and even makeovers at no cost.  Abigail Gibson continues to travel back to her native country each year to donate toys, books, and clothing to kids in Guinea.

Her company has been supported by Celebrities like Cynthia Bailey, and continues to thrive with her goal being to make smart money and help educate others on how to live out their dreams and save money while doing so because as she states, “being sexy shouldn’t put a hole in your pocket”.
